Será la aplicación en el municipio señalado el régimen normativo especial para situaciones de desastre contemplado en los artículos 24 y siguientes del Decreto 919 de 1989, así como lo dispuesto por el artículo 56 del decreto 1909 de 1992 y demás disposiciones concordantes. Igualmente, se dará aplicación a las normas en materia de vivienda.
