°. Efectos de la cesión. Efectuada la cesión de que trata el artículo anterior, se entenderá que las entidades respectivas pertenecen a la estructura administrativa del orden departamental o municipal, según sea el caso. Este carácter se definirá y señalará en las reformas estatutarias que deben adoptarse una vez hecha la cesión.
