Bonos pensionales. El reconocimiento, emisión y redención de los bonos pensionales, de las personas que tengan derecho a ellos, estará a cargo de la Oficina de Bonos Pensionales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Su pago estará a cargo de la Superintendencia respectiva, quien deberá trasladar los recursos al Ministerio para tal fin, en los términos del artículo 2.2.10.6.4 del presente decreto.
