Para que sean aplicables los beneficios dispuestos en la presente ley, los alimentos donados deben estar a satisfacción de los criterios para su recepción por parte de los bancos de alimentos y deben seguir los lineamientos establecidos en el artículo 8° de la Ley 1990 de 2019.
