Art. 1.° Suprímense las carnicerías oficiales en las ciudades de Zipaquirá, Facatativá y La Mesa. Regirá en esos lugares en todo su vigor, así como en el resto del Estado, el derecho nacional do degüello oreado por el decreto número 62, de 16 de Enero en curso, derecho que hará efectivo el Intendente general del Ejército por arrendamiento ó administración, como juzgue más conveniente á los intereses del Fisco.
