Art. 38. En el caso del artículo anterior, pasarán á poder de la Junta los licores que tenga el rematador, más el uso de los alambiques, locales de despacho, existencias y demás enseres del mismo, durante el período del remate, de suerte que la Junta pueda con estos elementos continuar fácilmente la administración de la renta. Además, se perseguirá la hipoteca por los perjuicios que hayan ocasionado al Fisco.
