La Oficina como dependencia directa que es del instituto no estará obligada a contribuir con ninguna suma para el sostenimiento del instituto. Los gastos que efectué el instituto en relación con la instalación de los servicios, oficinas, hospitales, dotaciones y otros de la oficina local del Tolima, se imputaran a las sumas que por concepto de aportes del Estado, o de auxilios, o destinaciones estatales, reciba el instituto por cuenta de las cotizaciones correspondientes en jurisdicción de la Oficina.
