Artículo primero. Autorízase al Ministerio de Agricultura para que, por conducto del Almacenista General del mismo Ministerio, ceda en calidad definitiva al Instituto Geofísico de los Andes Colombianos, los elementos de instrumental de ingenieria y dibujo que se encuentran en su poder, en préstamo, según Acta número 2 de marzo 16 de 1955, por un valor total de $ 3.010.00.
