El que con ocasión y en desarrollo de conflicto armado, estando obligado a hacerlo, omita la adopción de medidas para la protección de la población civil, incurrirá en prisión de sesenta y cuatro (64) a ciento cuarenta y cuatro (144) meses y multa de doscientos sesenta y seis punto sesenta y seis (266.66) a mil quinientos (1500) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.

NOTA : Penas aumentadas por el artículo 14 de la ley 890 de 2004. (Vigencia desde el 1° de enero de 2005)
