º . Integración del Consejo de Política Exterior y Relaciones Internacionales . El Consejo de Política Exterior y Relaciones Internacionales actuará bajo la dirección del Presidente de la República y estará integrado por el Vicepresidente de la República y los Ministros del Despacho.

Parágrafo 1

Por decisión del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores se podrá invitar a las sesiones del Consejo, de manera permanente o transitoria, a los representantes de entidades estatales de cualquier nivel, del sector privado, de la academia o de la sociedad civil.

Parágrafo 2

La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo será ejercida por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
