Articulo 2° El Director General de 'la "Policía Nacional hará las gestiones del caso para que uno 4° los Oficiales de la guarnición de Cúcuta dé instrucción militar diariamente a los Agentes de la Sección de Fronteras, por cuyo servicio dicho Oficial devengará el sobresueldo mensual de treinta pesos, que se liquidarán en la nómina de la Sección. Comuníquese y publíquese.
