Las sociedades de cualquier clase, constituidas antes o después de que la presente Ley entre en vigor, pueden transformarse en compañías de responsabilidad limitada y así mismo las de este último carácter pueden convertirse en anónimas, todo sin perjuicio de los derechos adquiridos por terceros.
