Sector de agentes inmobiliarios a. Que estén sujetas a la vigilancia o al control que ejerce la Superintendencia de Sociedades conforme lo previsto en los artículos 84 y 85 de la Ley 222 de 1995; b. Que su actividad económica inscrita en el registro mercantil, según las normas aplicables, sea la identificada con los códigos CIIU 6810 y 6820 Rev. 4 A.C.37, y; c. Que, a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, hubieren obtenido Ingresos totales o presenten activos totales iguales o superiores a tres millones seiscientos noventa y seis mil setecientos sesenta y dos (3.696.762) unidades de valor básico - UVB.
