El Gobierno nacional, a través de las instituciones competentes, en un plazo de seis (6) meses después de la entrada en vigencia de esta ley, formulará la Política Pública de Acceso a la Justicia y Prevención de Delitos Sexuales Contra Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes, para lo cual recibirá asistencia técnica del Comité Interinstitucional Consultivo para la Prevención de la Violencia Sexual y Atención Integral de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes Víctimas de Abuso Sexual.
