Artículo catorce . Para los certificados de paz y salvo por impuesto predial requeridos para el otorgamiento de escrituras sobre inmuebles, lo mismo que para la aprobación de remates judiciales de que trata el artículo 17 del Decreto 1227 de 1908, debe hacerse constar separadamente el avalúo de cada inmueble, para los efectos del artículo 4° del Decreto 0048 de 1957. Estos certificados, de conformidad con el artículo 26 de la ley 1ª de 1943, se expedirán sin costo alguno para los interesados.
