Créase un puesto de Dibujante en el cable aéreo de Cúcuta al río Magdalena, con la asignación mensual de $150, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor Emilio Sáenz Arbeláez, quien tendrá derecho a la suma de $ 50 como viáticos para el viaje de ida desde Bogotá hasta Gamarra. Comuníquese y publíquese.
