MENCIÓN HONORÍFICA. Al personal que durante el período de tres (3) años continuos de servicio no hubiere cometido falta acreedora a correctivo, se le otorgará el 5 de noviembre, día clásico de la Institución, una "Mención honorífica", por medio de resolución motivada de la Dirección General. Se entregará al favorecido un diploma y un distintivo, cuya descripción y uso será el establecido en el Reglamento de Uniformes, Insignias y Distintivos de la Policía Nacional.
