LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.6.1.2.6Reintegro de los recursos no ejecutados. Los distritos y municipios deberán reintegrar a la Subcuenta de Solidaridad del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía (Fosyga), los recursos no ejecutados que en el marco del artículo 46 de la Ley 715 de 2001 se destinaron a la financiación de las acciones de promoción y prevención del Plan Obligatorio de Salud del Régimen Subsidiado.

El reintegro y el reporte del valor reintegrado deberán efectuarse a la cuenta y mediante el formato que determine el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
