° Autorizase a la Junta de Comercio Exterior para que modifique por una sola vez, la vigencia de las listas a que se refiere el artículo 10 del Decreto 2322 de 1965, en relación con la importación de vehículos automotores, trasladando dichos vehículos al mercado preferencial, con los requisitos y condiciones que dicha Junta estipule.
