La presente ley tiene como objeto otorgar las herramientas necesarias al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, al departamento de Casanare y a la Asamblea Departamental del Casanare, para transformar la Naturaleza, Carácter Académico y Régimen Jurídico de la Fundación Universitaria Internacional del Trópico Americano.
