Decreto 2845 de 1984 · Por el cual se dictan normas para el ordenamiento del deporte, la educación física y la recreación

A partir de la promulgación del presente decreto, el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) otorgará personería jurídica a las federaciones deportivas nacionales y las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes a los clubes y ligas deportivos y reconocerán sus representantes legales.

Parágrafo

I. El Gobierno Nacional determinará los requisitos para otorgarlas y las causales para suspender e cancelar la personería jurídica.

Parágrafo

II. La personería jurídica otorgada a los organismos deportivos antes de la promulgación del presente decreto continuará vigente.
