º Autorízase al Ministerio de Justicia para contratar con la Compañía de Seguros La Previsora S. A., un seguro por muerte para los funcionarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional, que con ocasión del ejercicio de sus funciones pierdan la vida en hechos violentos o a causa de los mismos. Este seguro cubrirá los gastos de entierro.
