La nación cooperara con la suma de ochenta mil pesos ($ 80.000.00) en los gastos que demanden las solemnidades del congreso, cantidad esta que será entregada al excelentísimo señor obispo de la diócesis de Cali y al tesorero de la junta, creada para la organización de las festividades.
