Art. 66.° El derecho á cobrar pensión ó recompensa del Tesoro nacional, se pierde:

º Por tomar, desde la sanción de la presente Ley en adelante, participación en alzamiento ó sediciones contra el Gobierno legitimo de la Nación;

º Por fomentar enganches ó levas que tengan por objeto turbar el orden publico ó invadir el territorio de alguna Nación amiga;

º Por contraer las viudas nuevo matrimonio; y

º En los demás casos que así lo dispongan las otras leyes nacionales.
