En todo anuncio de servicio público en el que se utilice algún sonido ambiental, efectos sonoros, diálogo o mensaje verbal, que sea transmitido por el canal institucional del Estado, se deberán utilizar los sistemas de acceso a la información para los sordos como el closed caption o texto escondido, la subtitulación y el servicio de interpretación en Lengua de Señas, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional para tal efecto.
