Artículo noveno . Los Alcaldes e Inspectores de Policía fijarán, de común acuerdo con las autoridades de turismo, donde éstas existan, y los acarreadores, transportadores de equipajes y mozos de estación, las tarifas a cobrar por la movilización de equipajes, con las especificaciones y aclaraciones necesarias, teniendo en cuenta las modalidades y condiciones de vida de cada lugar.
