º. Exenciones y privilegios . El Fondo está exento del pago de toda clase de impuestos nacionales, departamentales y municipales y goza de los mismos privilegios y prerrogativas que las leyes conceden a la Nación. Para la ejecución de las obras a su cargo y la adquisición de muebles, podrá ordenar las apropiaciones a que hubiere lugar.
