Artículo único. El ejército se aumentará hasta diez mil hombres en los términos que lo disponga el Poder Ejecutivo por decretos i resoluciones ulteriores, conforme al caso 5° de la referida lei. El secretario de Guerra queda encargado de la ejecución de este decreto.
