Publicidad. Determinadas las tarifas por parte del establecimiento educativo privado, deberán ser éstas publicadas y fijadas en el lugar visible de sus instalaciones, junto con la información de los servicios educativos ofrecidos y de los plazos para las inversiones que deben efectuarse, si a ello hubiere lugar.
