Las entidades u órganos que requieran modificar el plazo y/o los cupos anuales de vigencias futuras autorizados por el Consejo Superior de Polltica Fiscal (Confis), o quien este delegue. requerirán de manera previa, la reprogramaclón de las vigencias futuras en donde se especifiquen las nuevas condiciones; en los demás casos, se requerirá de una nueva autorización.
