Los condenados a penas de presidio o prisión mayores de seis meses llevaran el vestido del uniforme del Establecimiento suministrado por cuenta de la administración. El uniforme se compone de las siguientes prendas: zapatos, camisa y pantaloncillos, chaqueta, pantalón y gorro, que se confeccionaran en tela de color unido, de preferencia de color oscuro en los climas fríos, y en los climas cálidos.
