De la emisión de cada giro ordinario debe darse aviso directo, sobre la planilla indicada en el artículo 39 del presente Decreto, por el correo más inmediato, a la oficina donde debe hacerse el pago. Antes de despachar esos avisos, el empleado respectivo examinará cuidadosamente los talones de los giros emitidos, cerciorándose de que todo está conforme.
