° Si el producto mensual del servicio particular del cable no alcanzare para el pago efectivo de la cantidad que el Gobierno está obligado a pagar mensualmente a la Compañía, el resto lo pagará la Tesorería General de la República de los fondos comunes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
