º. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones trasladará al Fondo Mixto de Promoción Cinematográfica los bienes adquiridos o producidos con recursos del Fondo de Fomento Cinematográfico, que figuraban en los Estados Financieros del mismo Fondo a 31 de julio de 1993 y que en virtud de la supresión de la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico dispuesta en el Decreto 2125 de 1992, hayan sido trasladados en propiedad o en administración al citado Ministerio, en cuanto aún subsistieren, quedando así formalizada la liquidación de dicho Fondo.
