Artículo cuarto. El mayor trabajo que para el personal directivo, docente y administrativo de los establecimientos implica el funcionamiento de las secciones anexas de bachillerato nocturno, será retribuido nombrándolo en calidad de profesores por horas, sin sujeción a las limitaciones establecidas por la Resolución número 127 de 1958, del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
