Art. 15. Los derechos de los pobladores en los terrenos cedidos para el fomento de nuevas poblaciones, son independientes de las variaciones que sobre jurisdiccion municipal sufran dichas poblaciones despues de instaladas las respectivas Comisiones agrarias ; i la de cada localidad continuará entendiendo en las adjudicaciones posteriores que hayan de hacerse en los terrenos de las concesiones correspondientes, aun cuando parte de éstas hayan pasado a formar parte de otra jurisdiccion municipal.
