RETIRO POR CONDUCTA DEFICIENTE. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo por conducta deficiente en los siguientes casos

Cuando su clasificación anual sea en lista número 5 de acuerdo con Reglamento de Evaluación y Clasificación para el personal de la Policía Nacional, en virtud de haber sufrido varias sanciones disciplinarias.

Cuando en cualquier tiempo y de acuerdo al Reglamento de Evaluación y Clasificación para el personal de la Policía Nacional, la evaluación del indicador de "moral" lo lleve a ser clasificado en lista número 5. CAPITULO III DE LA SEPARACION.
