Artículo primero. Los giros que el gobierno deba hacer al exterior para el pago de materiales, equipos, repuestos y elementos en general con destino al mantenimiento y reparación de aeronaves militares, así como lo relacionado con el pago de transporte, combustible, reparación de aviones en el Exterior, etc., se efectuarán por conducto de la Tesorera General de la Republica, sin necesidad de llenar ningún de los requisitos determinados en el artículo 1 del Decreto número 2347 de 1957.
