º Otorgada debidamente la garantía real o personal, el contrato de acuerdo de pago, lo suscribirá el Gobernador del Departamento en donde funcione la respectiva Administración de Impuestos Nacionales, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 del presente Decreto, y el interesado. Cuando la garantía sea prestada por persona natural o jurídica, según el numeral 2 del artículo 3 del presente Decreto, del contrato será firmado además por el garante.
