Si en cualquiera de los casos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, alguna o algunas de las personas justiciables estuvieren sometidas a fuero especial, conocerá del proceso con respecto a éstas exclusivamente la autoridad encargada de tal fuero, para lo cual el funcionario instructor sacará copia de lo actuado, la enviará a la autoridad competente y pondrá a disposición de los jueces ordinarios el proceso original.
