Los ascensos se decretarán dentro de un plazo máximo de sesenta (60) días, contados a partir de la fecha en que la Comisión de la Carrera se pronuncie favorablemente. Si el concepto es desfavorable el ascenso se retrasará hasta la siguiente evaluación.
