Al Notario, Al Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados, al Director de la Cárcel del Circuito, al Intérprete Municipal y al Mensajero del Correo Nacional entre San Andrés y Providencia se le reconocerá, con cargo al presupuesto de la Secretaría de Gobierno, un sobresueldo de $ 200.00 mensuales a cada uno.
