DE LA MOTIVACION Y NOTIFICACION DE LOS ACTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS MEDIANTE LOS CUALES SE IMPONGAN SANCIONES DISCIPLINARIAS Y DE LOS RECURSOS QUE PROCEDEN CONTRA ELLOS . Los actos administrativos mediante los cuales se impongan sanciones disciplinarias deben ser motivados y se notificarán conforme a lo previsto en el Título Primero, Capítulo X del Código Contencioso Administrativo y contra ellos proceden los recursos de reposición, apelación y queja en los términos señalados en el Título Segundo del mismo Código. Para tales efectos se entiende como inmediato superior administrativo al Jefe del Organismo.
