Art. 70. En todos los casos en que conforme á la ley sean admisibles como prueba informaciones de nulo hecho, éstas podrán ser levantadas ante los Jueces Ejecutores, ó de Circuito, ó de Distrito de la residencia de los testigos, observando en cada caso las formalidades respectivas.
