º. Las licencias para exportación de café sólo se concederán si el despacho desde el interior (según conocimiento de embarque férreo, fluvial, aéreo o de transporte por carretera en empresas legalmente establecidas), se hace dentro de los sesenta días siguientes al del registro del contrato de venta y si la licencia se solicita dentro de los senta <sic días siguientes al de aquel despacho. Queda en estos términos subrogado el artículo 3º de la Resolución número 14 de 1949.
