Los testigos serán interrogados uno después del otro, en el orden establecido por la parte que los haya solicitado. Primero serán interrogados los testigos de la acusación y luego los de la defensa. Antes de iniciar el interrogatorio a un testigo, el juez le informará de los derechos previstos en la Constitución y la ley, y le exigirá el juramento en la forma señalada en el artículo anterior. Después pedirá que se identifique con sus nombres y apellidos y demás generales de ley.
