ARTICULO 101 . Cuando por razones del tamaño de la nave pesquera, la Clase de navegación que efectúe, o las características técnicas de la maquinaria o de los equipos instalados a bordo, sea necesaria una tripulación independiente para atender la navegación, ésta estará constituida por personal de pesca o del transporte comercial marítimo, de la categoría correspondiente.
