Del producto bruto de las rentas cedidas por esta Ley á los Departamentos se destinará el 10 por 100 de la de licores para los Municipios.

Los Consejos Administrativos quedan encargados de hacer que cada mes se verifique la liquidación correspondiente y se pague su cuota á los Municipios.
