El artículo 21 de la Ley 66 de 1968 quedará así: En los casos de liquidación, las cuotas que hallan pagado los prominentes compradores o afiliados tendrán el carácter de crédito privilegiado de segunda clase en los términos del numeral 3º del artículo 2497 del Código Civil siempre que la promesa de contrato haya sido válidamente celebrada y el Superintendente o su Agente Liquidador tenga certeza de la fecha de su otorgamiento.
