Apruébase el siguiente Decreto, dictado por el Comisario Especial del Putumayo: «DECRETO NUMERO 16 DE 1930 « febrero 18) «por el cual se señalan nuevos límites a los Municipios de Sucre y Mocoa. «El Comisario Especial del Putumayo, «en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y «CONSIDERANDO «que por el reciente arreglo de los límites entre Colombia y el Perú, los límites de la República han variado, habiendo sido afectados los de esta Comisaria, ya que, en gran parte, limita con el Perú; que por la creación de la Comisaria del Amazonas, han sido igualmente variados los límites de esta Comisaria, habiéndose afectado por las causas expresadas los de los Municipios existentes, «DECRETA:
